한국인 최초이자 유일하게 세계 4대 뮤지컬 중 하나인 [미스 사이공]의 주인공 킴 역으로 미국 브로드웨이에 데뷔했다. 이후 디즈니 애니매이션 [뮬란]의 노래목소리로 알려진 그녀는 [드라큐라] [알라딘] [마리아 마리아] [불의 검] 등 뮤지컬 활동을 미국과 한국에서 했고, 2002년 한일월드컵 대회 4강전, 뉴욕 링컨 센터의 Concert of Excellence, 서울시향과 협연을 갖는 등 다양한 공연을 선보였다. [봄날은 간다][H][Friends][영어완전정복]등 의 OST에서도 많은 활동은 한 그녀는이제 미국와 한국에서 가수로도 활동할 예정이며, 이번 11월 말, 한국에서 첫 번째 Solo 앨범과 에세이집을 출시할 예정에 있다. 앞으로는 뮤지컬 배우뿐 아니라 자신의 노래로 관객들을 만나는 보컬리스트(Vocalist)로서 활동할 예정이며 2008년 미국에서의 음반 발매를 눈앞에 두고 있다. .... ....
