INTRODUCTION
Architecture In Helsinki (아키텍쳐 인 헬싱키)는 호주 멜버른 출신의 5인조 아방가르드 인디팝 밴드로 1990년대 말 펑크/그런지 틴에이저 밴드에서 비롯되어 리드 싱어 Cameron Bird, Jamie Mildren, Sam Perry를 멤버로 호주 앨버리에서 결성되었다. 한때 8인조까지 구성되었다가 현재는 이들 셋을 포함한 Gus F ranklin, Kellie Sutherland까지 총 5명으로 구성되어 있다. 기타, 베이스, 드럼을 축으로 신디사이저, 클라리넷, 트럼본 등 다양한 악기구성으로 가장 괴상하면서도 유쾌한 사운드를 들려주는 이들은 2003년 첫 정규작 [Fingers Crossed]을 발표하며, Yo La Tengo, Mum 등의 투어에 참여하기도 했으며, 이들은 2005년 2집 [In Case We Die]으로 평단의 극찬을 비롯해, 각종 시상식에 노미네이트되면서 더욱 알려진다. 이후 2007년 작 [Places Like This]와 2011년 작 [Moment Bends]을 발표하며 꾸준한 활동을 선보이고 있다. ....  ....
