브랜뉴뮤직의 간판 R&B 아티스트 범키가 리메이크 싱글 'The Lady'를 발표한다.
범키의 새 싱글 'The Lady'는 지난 2012년에 발표된 이후 지금까지 꾸준히 사랑받고 있는 프로듀싱팀 2LSON의 동명의 싱글을 새롭게 리메이크한 곡으로, 당시 원곡의 가창자로 참여했던 범키가 원곡과는 또 다른 자신만의 소울풀한 밴드 사운드로 직접 재편곡하면서 발매 전부터 많은 화제를 모았었다.
특히, 최고의 실력파 걸그룹 마마무의 문별이 데뷔 후 처음으로 감미로운 보컬 실력을 뽐내며 보컬 피처링으로 참여해 곡의 완성도를 높였는데, 범키와 문별이 마치 대화를 주고받듯이 편성된 새로운 곡의 구성은 듣는 재미를 더해준다.
