브랜뉴뮤직의 베테랑 디제이 'DJ Juice(디제이 쥬스)'가 드디어 대망의 정규앨범 [BEATFUL LIFE]를 발표한다.
'BEATFUL LIFE'는 'BEAT'와 'BEAUTIFUL LIFE'의 합성어로 음악과 함께 하는 아름다운 삶을 뜻하는데, 'DJ Juice' 본인이 9년간 음악과 함께 하는 삶 속에서 느낀 희로애락을 이번 앨범에 고스란히 담아내며 앨범의 이름을 [BEATFUL LIFE]로 명명하게 되었다.
2번 트랙 "Beautiful Life"와 5번 트랙 "BEATful Life" 이렇게 두 곡의 더블 타이틀로 구성된 이번 앨범은 특히 브랜뉴뮤직, 일리네어 레코즈, 하이라이트 레코즈, AOMG, 스피킹 트럼펫, 불한당 등 한국 힙합 씬의 내로라하는 레이블의 유명 아티스트들이 대거 참여해 눈길을 끄는데, 첫 번째 타이틀곡인 "Beautiful Life"는 산이, 버벌진트, 베이빌론이 특급 콜라보를 선보이며 음악을 여자에 비유하여 음악을 향한 끝없는 사랑을 이야기하였고, 또 다른 타이틀곡 "BEATful Life"는 버벌진트와 넋업샨이 오랜만에 함께하며 Nas(나스)의 "One mic"를 인용하여 후렴구를 구성해 음악에 대한 열정과 진중한 마음을 표현했다.
그 외에도 'DJ Juice'와 "Coma 07"로 좋은 호흡을 보여줬던 치타와 실력파 여성 래퍼 키디비, 베테랑 래퍼 팔로알토, 마이크로닷, 훈훈한 외모와 실력을 겸비한 한해와 로꼬, 키비, 홍대 씬을 중심으로 왕성한 활동을 하고 있는 크림빌라 등 수많은 아티스트들이 'DJ Juice'의 개성 있는 비트와 함께하며 트랙을 빛내 주었다.
'DJ Juice'의 새 정규앨범 [BEATFUL LIFE]는 그가 왜 한국을 대표하는 DJ이자 프로듀서인지 분명하게 증명해 보이는 기회가 될 것이다.
