2014년 [PASSPORT], [SAILING MANUAL] 두 장의 EP를 발표하며 전시, 영화, 광고 등의 분야에서 활동을 시작했으며 데뷔 1년 만인 2015년 7월 첫 번째 정규앨범 [EXPO]를 발표한다.
"노동과 자유, 기술의 과시, 자본과 신생 공간" 등의 키워드를 바탕으로 11인/팀과의 협업을 통해 전곡의 티저 영상을 제작하고 발표하였다.
COMPASS is a Seoul-based producer group of three musicians, Jongmin Choi, Inchul Cho, and Jinhwa Jeong, who pursue completing music from the most effective intervention of three.
In 2014, they have released 2 EPs, [PASSPORT] and [SAILING MANUAL], and have worked in various fields such as exhibition, film, and advertisement, and in July, 2015, after a year from the debut, they release the first full-length album [EXPO].
In this album, they have created and presented teaser videos for each track by collaborating with 11 artists/teams based on the keywords of “labor and freedom, ostentation of technology, capital, and new spaces in Seoul.”
