미네소타 출신의 슬로코어밴드인 LOW의 99년도 앨범. Bedhead와 함께 슬로코어계열을 대표했던 그들은 이 앨범에서 작곡면이나 연주면에서 변화를 시도하고 있다. 스티브 알비니에 의해서 프로듀싱되어진 이 앨범에서 그들은 Don`t Understand 에서처럼 노이즈음을 삽입하기도 하고 곡들은 이전의 그 어떤 앨범보다도 절도감있게 느껴진다. 또한 이 앨범에 서 처음으로 사용된 현악 연주들은 Alan Sparhawk와 Mimi Parker의 감성적인 보컬과 완벽하게 조화되고 있다. 느리면서도 긴장감을 놓치지 않고 있는 따듯한 노래들이 담긴 너무나도 아름다운 앨범. ....  ....
